How to Take Care of Fleas

Fleas are horrible little pests that suck animal blood. To get rid of fleas you need to bathe your dog more than usual, but not too much or your dog's skin will get really dry. If bathing your dog with soap doesn't work try lemon juice diluted in the bath water. It does the job. If that doesn't work try flea medicine. If your puppy gets fleas you have to get rid of them fast because it will affect them more than adult dogs. If you see a flea on your dog, there are a lot more hiding in their fur. Don't ignore the flea or it will have tons of babies. Once you get it off your dog, soak it in water to kill it. Some fleas are really strong so keep a eye out and make sure it is dead.
